This is evident in his decision on page 4 and throughout his 43 page decision where he neglects to mention anything about the translation. These errors have severely effected the outcome of my immigration proceedings as the IJ noted in his written decision dated April 24,2007 on page 25 “that respondent conceded that he is an arriving alien. Exhibit 2” The IJ writes this even after I argued in all my motions that I am not an Arriving Alien and that I never conceded to this allegation. On page 30 of the April 24, 2007 Decision the IJ states “ Indeed, respondent has conceded his status as an arriving alien” The IJ clearly uses attorney Foleys ineffective assistance against me as the IJ knows that I have argued and denied the Arriving Alien allegation from the beginning of the proceedings...."Click Here to Read More." |
